January – April 2026

Here's what we shipped from January to April 2026.

ACH and bank accounts

  • If your program uses prenote verification, we check each new ACH bank account with a zero-dollar test entry before you can send money to it. Ask your implementation manager to turn it on.
  • Returned transfers include the bank's return code and reason, so your support team can explain a return straight away.
  • On supported programs, service fees are reversed automatically when a payment is returned.

Fees and limits

  • You can now set up fee rules through the API, for a whole program or for specific accounts. Every ACH debit that matches a rule gets its service fee automatically.
  • Each transaction lists its related fees and returns, so you can show customers the full breakdown.
  • You can check how much of an account's daily and rolling limits has been used and how much is left, and warn customers before a payment is declined.
  • You can refund card-funded wallet loads through the API, in full or in part.

Business onboarding

  • You can create a business account before you know its business type. KYB waits until you set one.
  • If your KYB profile is set up for manual onboarding, you decide when KYB starts, and when it resumes after you send the information it's waiting on. Otherwise it starts and resumes on its own.
  • In programs without KYB stages, an account becomes active as soon as KYB starts with all the required fields.
  • You can update a stakeholder's external ID in any status except while it's processing.

Cards

On supported card programs:

  • Transactions that settle in several parts show how much has settled so far.
  • Transactions show a dispute's status and the amount recovered, and a webhook fires each time a dispute is opened or updated.
  • Cards show when the mailer was returned, so you can contact the cardholder to confirm their address.

Portal

  • A new Timeline tab shows each step of a card debit, including ATM and over-the-counter debits.
  • You can cancel an international transfer from its transaction details. For cash-funded transfers, you choose whether the refund is paid in cash or by check.

Platform and API

  • Webhook delivery can authenticate with OAuth private key JWT, alongside API key and HMAC signatures. Ask your implementation manager to set it up.
  • Wallet transaction webhooks include the settled amount, the refund reason, and cashback and PIN details for card transactions. Bank account webhooks show whether the account is verified.
  • Card responses and card webhooks include a frozen flag alongside the card's status.
